CMS takes its corporate social responsibility (CSR) seriously.
As a diverse group with numerous business activities in many
locations, CMS has a wide audience of stakeholders. CMS can
best play its part in CSR by doing business in a responsible
way, for our shareholders, staff, business partners and the
community around us. This philosophy is central to living
up to our name, Cahya Mata Sarawak, which means the Pride
of Sarawak. Each year, CMS group-wide corporate philanthropy
and sponsorships are channeled to a mix of organisations,
religious causes and the less-fortunate. To give you an idea
