Independent, Non-Executive Director

Datu Ir. Hubert Thian was appointed to the Board of CMS on 6 June 2012. A civil engineer by profession, Datu Ir. Hubert served in the Public Works Department (PWD) for over 39 years with the last 9 years as Director of PWD.  Datu Ir. Hubert holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. He is currently the Chairman of LAKU Management Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned company of the State Government of Sarawak and CMS Works Sdn Bhd. He also sits on the board of several CMS subsidiaries.
