Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director

Datuk Wan Ali was appointed to the Board of CMS on 23 June 1995. A former Sarawak State Financial Secretary (1995-2000) and Director/Chief Executive Officer of Sarawak Energy Berhad (December 2000 - June 2005), Datuk Wan Ali had a long career in public service. He also served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Land Development, Sarawak, and as General Manager of Land Custody and Development Authority, Sarawak. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree and Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Malaya. He also holds a Master of Education degree from Birmingham University, UK.
