Kevin How Kow was appointed to the Board of CMS on 12 March 2004. Kevin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He was made a partner of Ernst & Young, Malaysia in 1984 and served as Partner-in-charge of its offices in Sabah and Sarawak. From 1996 onwards, Mr How was Partner-in-charge of the firm's practice in Sabah and Labuan until his retirement at the end of 2003. Kevin's directorships in public companies include K&N Kenanga Holdings Berhad, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad, Sarawak Cable Berhad, Sabah Development Bank Berhad and Saham Sabah Berhad. He is also a director of CMS Opus Private Equity Sdn Bhd.
