CMS Clinker Sdn Bhd is Sarawak's sole clinker manufacturer and trader. Located at Mambong, some 21 km from Kuching, CMS Clinker's plant produces 800,000 tonnes of clinker annually.

CMS Concrete Products Sdn Bhd is a major producer of premium quality pre-cast concrete products in Sarawak. Its plant in Kuching produces pre-formed concrete products such as square piles, bridge beams, culverts, cement sand bricks and kerbs. In addition, as ‘Your IBS Solutions Provider’, CMS Concrete Products manufactures Industrialised Building Systems (IBS), specifically wall panels, pre-cast columns and beams, half slabs, hollow blocks and staircases.
