CMS Infra Trading Sdn Bhd is a leading supplier of water treatment chemicals, pipes and fittings, and original vehicle and equipment spare parts, construction materials, petroleum products and safety equipment for roads. In 2009, CMS Agrotech, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CMS Infra Trading was incorporated.

CMS’ foray into the compost business began in 2006 as a corporate responsibility project to support the protection and preservation of our fragile environment. Waste management, specifically, the conversion of plant waste to products that can help rejuvenate the environment, was identified as a worthy project towards this cause.

CMS also plays a role in the development of future leaders. Its subsidiary, CMS Education Sdn Bhd owns and operates Tunku Putra School located in Petra Jaya, Kuching. The school first opened its doors in January 1997, and today provides kindergarten, primary and secondary-level classes for the national and international streams. With classes kept small, excellent teaching resources and facilities at a new 22 acre campus, Tunku Putra students are assured of quality attention as they gain a holistic education.
