We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 5 June 2009 pertaining to the Memorandum of Agreement ("MOU") signed between CMS Infra Trading Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad (“CMSB”) and AW Facility Management Sdn Bhd to undertake business or projects for providing of integrated facilities management services to third parties in Sarawak. CMSB wishes to announce that the parties are still in discussion on the proposed formation of a Joint Venture Company to provide Facilities Management services in Sarawak, Sabah and beyond. This announcement is dated 4 September 2009. |
