The Board of CMSB is pleased to propose a first and final dividend of 5 sen per share less 25% income tax in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2009, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of CMSB.
The entitlement date and date of payment for the said proposed first and final dividend will be determined and announced at a later date.
