Responsibilities:

  • Review Purchase Requisitions with users on their requirements and verify specifications for materials, parts and/or services.
  • Prepare and communicate RFQ (Request for Quotation) / Tender documents
  • Prepare Award and Recommendation with commercial & technical evaluation
  • Prepare Purchase Order / Contracts
  • Monitor the status of Purchase Order / Contracts
  • Generate reports in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college in Business Administration, Purchasing and Material Management or a closely related field.
  • A minimum two to three (2-3) years of working experience in Procurement field.
  • Proficient in Advanced MS Office – Words, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience and Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently whilst being a great team player

Building Manager / Assistant Building Manager (CMS Property Development Sdn Bhd – Kuching)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for strategic planning and daily operations in facility management.
  • Overseeing the properties’ building & landscape maintenance, cleaning, security, health & safety, space management, administration and collection.
  • Ensure timely execution of planned preventive maintenance works.
  • Involve in vacant possession with sales team after issuance of occupational permit.
  • Ensure building and M&E works comply with statutory and local authority requirements.

  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal) and Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support, reports and office support activities

  • Prompt issuance of billing and efficient collection.

  • Responsible for the supervision, coordination and administration of maintenance team
  • Ensure the execution of planned preventive maintenance works timely.

  • Assist in running the training program for technicians and handyman.
