14 July 2017 – It was another Recycle Day at CMS! Last Friday morning, employees arrived early at Wisma Mahmud to drop off their recyclable items before heading off to work. The usual piles of cardboard paper, newspapers, books, magazines, plastic bottles and tin cans made up the bulk.
As we all know, recycling is good for the environment, but it is even more rewarding when it is done for charity. Not only did we recycle to reduce our carbon footprint for future generations, we also managed to raise RM1,000.00 for charity. Proceeds of this round of recycling campaign will go to the Sarawak Society For Parents of Children With Special Needs (PIBAKAT).
