| Sarawak State Legislative Assembly (DUN) Complex, Kuching
PPES Works together with its joint-venture partner undertook construction of the new Sarawak State Legislative Assembly (DUN) complex located on the banks of Sarawak River in Kuching city. The RM296.5 million Design & Build contract was awarded by the State Government of Sarawak. The DUN Sarawak complex is part of an overall masterplan covering a 172-acre area. The 9-level building’s design combines unique elements of Sarawak's heritage with state-of-the-art intelligent building automation systems, multimedia communication facilities, and environmentally-friendly features.

| Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) PPES Works was the main developer of the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK), a world class meeting and exhibition facility located on The Isthmus, 8km to the east of Kuching city centre. With its distinctive green leaf-shaped roof modeled after the ‘Ririg’ leaf found in abundance in Sarawak’s rainforest, the BCCK is Sarawak’s first and only purpose-built convention and exhibition centre. The facility’s total floor area of 36,500 sq m is made up of The Great Hall which can be easily sub-divided into 4 smaller halls for different uses; be it meetings of 5 persons to events for 5,000 persons, plus an additional 14 meeting rooms. The BCCK is a Finalist at MIPIM Asia Awards 2010 (Business Centres category) which recognizes outstanding real estate projects for their innovation, technical, environmental and architectural qualities.

Swinburne University Extension (Sarawak Campus), Kuching
Extension of Swinburne University’s current campus in Kuching includes new classroom blocks, conference and multi-purpose hall facilities, sports facilities, student hostels and a multi-storey car park. The design and build contract is valued at RM60 million.

Pusat Islam Sarawak Complex, Kuching
In keeping with the multi-ethnic nature of Sarawak, the architectural concept of the new Pusat Islam (Islamic Centre) complex will incorporate design elements from the Iban, Bidayuh, Melanau, Malay, Chinese and Orang Ulu communities to demonstrate the beauty and strength of “human diversity in unity”. Construction of the new Pusat Islam (Islamic Centre) complex by PPES Works includes an auditorium, preparation area, administration office, library, hostels, surau, classrooms and an atrium.

Tunku Putra School - New Campus in Petra Jaya, Kuching

Tunku Putra School's new campus is the first and only school campus in Sarawak to have a cohesive child-safety and child-development approach built into its infrastructure. Located on 22 acres of land, the campus houses 1,400 sq metres of covered linkways and 45 rooms comprising classrooms, audio-visual and science laboratories, music studios, and computer workshops. The project's scope of works also included administration building, playing fields and a multi-purpose sports and community hall. The single entry/exit point, constant video surveillance, "octagonal" shaped buildings with rounded corners, elimination of open drains, separation of pedestrian from in-house traffic, and the fenced-off kindergarten area maximise safety.
